What can the voucher be used for?
For everything we offer ourselves: overnight stays in all our houses (Erlebnishof, OCHSEN Stockach, Möttelin, Stadthaus, Amtshaus), the restaurant and buffets, the spa, the farm shop and events. One voucher for everything.
Tip
A voucher for brunch, a night away or the spa?
For the spa there is the spa card with 6 visits. For everything else we sell value vouchers. That has an advantage: the voucher always fits, even if prices or dates change.
Here is how: choose a fitting amount and say in the greeting what it is meant for, for example
For a brunch for two
If the amount does not quite cover it, you simply pay the rest. If something is left over, it stays on the voucher.
How do I pay?
Per bank transfer. After you order, you see the IBAN, the amount and the payment reference, on your phone also as a GiroCode for your banking app. With an instant transfer, the voucher usually arrives within a few minutes, with a standard transfer after 1 to 2 bank working days.
You can pay up to 7 days after ordering. Vouchers are also available at reception.
How quickly does the voucher arrive?
- Digital: as soon as your money has arrived, the voucher comes as a PDF by email. With an instant transfer usually within a few minutes, with a standard transfer after 1 to 2 bank working days (longer over a weekend).
- By post (€2.90): it goes to the post no later than 2 working days after your payment arrives, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Within Germany only.
Can I print or forward the voucher myself?
Yes. The PDF is fully designed, with the design, name and greeting. You can print it or forward it straight away.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, it comes automatically by email after payment. The invoice is issued in German. If you need it for a company, tap “Invoice for a company?” in the last step and enter the address.
Redeeming
How do I redeem the voucher?
- Overnight stay: give us the code when you book or write to info@guthuegle.de. We offset it against your invoice.
- Restaurant, spa, farm shop: show the voucher when you pay, printed, as a PDF or in your wallet.
Overnight stays, tables and places at events are subject to availability. Please reserve in good time.
Do I have to spend it all at once?
No. You can redeem the voucher in parts, and the rest stays on it. The QR code on the voucher shows the current balance, or you can check it here.
Can I combine several vouchers?
Yes, you can redeem several vouchers together.
How long is the voucher valid?
Until 31 December of the third year after you buy it. Bought in 2026, valid until 31 December 2029. The date is printed on the voucher.
Can I save the voucher on my phone?
Yes. After you buy, you will find the buttons for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet in the email and on the order page. The balance in your wallet updates after every redemption.
Can I use it to pay for a booking on Booking.com and similar sites?
No. We cannot offset bookings you have paid for through a booking portal against the voucher. It is best to book directly with us.
Can I have the voucher paid out?
No, not even remaining amounts. Statutory claims to a refund, for example after a withdrawal, of course remain.
Good to know
What if the voucher gets lost?
The voucher is like cash: whoever has the code can redeem it. Get in touch at info@guthuegle.de with your order email. We block the remaining value and issue you a new voucher for it. We cannot replace what was redeemed before your report.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, within 14 days, most easily through our online form. Everything else is in the voucher terms (the German version is legally binding).
