The card
What is included in a visit?
A visit is the day entry (day spa) for one person: salt sauna, herbal bath, Finnish sauna with a panoramic view and the relaxation areas, during the opening hours shown on guthuegle.de. Treatments, massages, food and drinks are not included.
Can two of us come with one card?
Yes. We deduct one visit per person. With 6 visits you can come 3 times as a pair or 6 times on your own.
We step out and come back in. Does that cost a visit?
No. Coming back in on the same day does not cost another visit.
Is the card valid for children too?
Children pay the lower children’s entry at reception. The card is meant for adults.
May someone else use the card?
Yes, it can be passed on. Whoever has the card can use it, so keep it safe.
How long is it valid?
Until 31 December of the third year after you buy it. Bought in 2026, valid until 31 December 2029. The date is printed on the card.
What happens if the entry price goes up?
Nothing. The card is valid for the visits you bought, whatever the entry costs later.
Buying
How do I pay?
Per bank transfer. After you order, you see the IBAN, the amount and the payment reference, on your phone also as a GiroCode. With an instant transfer, the card usually arrives within a few minutes, with a standard transfer after 1 to 2 bank working days.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, with VAT shown, automatically by email after payment. The invoice is issued in German. For a company, enter the address in the last step.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Enter a name and a message in the third step. The card comes as a fully designed PDF or printed by post.
In the spa
How do I use the card?
Show it at reception: printed, as a PDF, in your wallet or just the code. We scan the QR code and deduct the visits.
How do I see how many visits are left?
Scan the QR code on your card. In Google Wallet it shows automatically after every visit. In Apple Wallet after refreshing: open the card, go to the pass details via the three dots and pull down there.
What do I need to bring?
A towel and a bathrobe. We provide towels to hotel guests only.
Can I return the card?
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, most easily through our online form. We deduct visits already used proportionally. There is no payout later. Everything else is in the terms (the German version is legally binding).
And if the card gets lost?
Write to us at info@guthuegle.de with your order email. We block the card and issue you a new one for the free visits.
